Position Overview: We're in search of a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and expand Life Skills GO's reach to more students. In this role, you will manage the sales process for interested schools, fostering strong relationships with teachers and school leaders. With an abundance of schools eager to trial Life Skills Go, your expertise is vital in meeting this demand and driving impact across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide schools through a defined trial process, facilitating their adoption of Life Skills Go.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in schools and the broader education sector.
  • Provide valuable input into product development based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Represent Life Skills Go at educational events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital learning platforms and educational technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with educators.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering on promises.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for conferences and events.

Prior experience in education sales or business development is advantageous but not essential.
