Rebecca Challenor is the principal of Prairievale Public School which is a community centred school located in Bossley Park with an enrolment of 425 students. The student body consists of 96% of students from a language background other than English and a high proportion of students from a refugee background. The school's community represents a wonderfully diverse range of cultures, which includes 39 different language backgrounds. Rebecca emphasises inclusivity in all aspects of school operations ensuring all students have equal access to opportunities. This includes ensuring resourcing and school process promote the modifying of teaching and learning opportunities to meet the needs of individual students, encouraging student participation in all school activities and building a culture of acceptance and positive relationships.Rebecca has fostered the capability of her team to build a strong welfare platform that supports students' learning and promotes proactive and preventative behaviour supports. The school is a Positive Behaviour for Learning School while also implementing trauma-informed practices to promote a safe space for children and families to learn and interact. Rebecca has worked to ensure Prairievale Public School school also has a high focus on family wellbeing and parent engagement to promote effective learning and whole school success. Improving student results and supporting the students of Prairievale Public School to grow through strong explicit instruction and effective classroom practice is prioritised on a daily basis.

Nikki Bonus is an experienced ed-tech founder and CEO of Life Skills Group, harnessing more than 20 years of deeply personal and professional experience in the development and delivery of social-emotional literacy programs for individuals, organizations, and most importantly, teachers and students.
