Heather Fleming, Assistant Principal Inclusive Education 

With diverse experiences starting in the remote Kimberley of WA, to inner city London and now in regional NSW, Heather Fleming has been an educator for over 20 years. With a strong passion for inclusion and advocacy, Heather has spent most of her career leading  teams in the areas of wellbeing and support. Now, as the Assistant Principal Inclusive Education at Bradfordville PS in Goulburn, Heather continues to drive wellbeing practices that support and maximise student engagement with learning, each other and the wider school community. She takes an wholistic approach to supporting student success that aims to challenge institutional thinking and step 'outside the box' to find new ways in meeting student and family needs in a highly complex and rapidly changing world.
