Many of us can relate to the desire to find time for ourselves but avoid it because it seems selfish or frivolous. However, self-care is one of the most selfless things you can do for your inner circle and the wider community. As we all know, we simply can't pour from an empty cup.

We're very excited to announce that we have just launched a guided practice that is great for busy parents or teachers to do with children. This is a fantastic starting point for you to be able to introduce more mindful practices into your daily life.
